Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Woodoria Studio. Please read our Returns and Refunds carefully before placing an order.
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or personalised items
Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at hello@woodoriastudio.co.uk to initiate a return.
Partial Refunds (if applicable) We may grant partial refunds in the following cases:
Items with obvious signs of use
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at hello@woodoriastudio.co.uk before returning the item.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders shipped with tracking (First or Second Class Tracked) include insurance and a tracking number.
Production and Dispatch Times
Custom products are handcrafted to order. Our typical processing times are:
Non-wedding orders: dispatched within 2-7 working days
Wedding orders: dispatched within 7–14 working days, prioritised by event date

Note: "Save the Date" items follow the regular 3–5 day dispatch schedule due to their simpler design.
