  • 1. Do you offer custom designs?

    Yes! Most of our wood artworks can be customised with names, messages, or even based on a photo you provide. Please check each product page for customisation options, or contact us if you have a specific request.

  • 2. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

    For in-stock items, the processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
    For custom or pre-order items, it takes about 2–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery status anytime.

  • 3. What kind of wood do you use?

    Most of our pieces are made from birch plywood, while basswood is used for selected multilayer wood artworks to enhance fine detailing and layering.

  • 4. Can I see a preview before production?

    We only provide digital previews for customised products. Production will begin only after you’ve reviewed and approved the preview.

  • 5. Are your products handmade?

    Yes — every piece is carefully handcrafted by us in our studio, including the design, carving, painting, and assembly.

  • 6. Can I cancel or change my order?

    If your order includes custom elements (such as names, messages, or photos), it can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, as we may begin production shortly after.
    For non-custom items, cancellations are possible as long as the order hasn't been shipped.

  • 7. What if my item arrives damaged?

    We do our best to package items securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • 8. Can I return my order?

    Since most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for personalised items, unless there is a defect, shipping damage, or an error in the content (e.g. incorrect spelling).
    For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • 9. Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but this may be available in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
