Step 1: Browse & Choose
Take a moment to explore the options below.
You can select your preferred frame style and font style for your personalised name or message.
👉 (Display your option images below: framed styles, font styles, perhaps with labels like “Frame A”, “Font B” etc.)
Step 2: Place Your Order
Add your chosen item to your cart.
When you reach the checkout, you’ll be asked if you would like to personalise your item.
If you select “Yes – personalise”, a form will pop up after checkout to collect your customisation details (name/message, font, frame, etc.).
Step 3: Review & Confirm
Once we receive your form, we’ll prepare your design according to your chosen options.
If you selected “Send me a preview”, we’ll email you a digital mockup for confirmation before production begins.
Production will only start after you approve the preview.
If you selected “No preview needed”, we’ll begin crafting your piece straight away using the details you provided.
🕰️ Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after confirmation or form submission.
